This Swedish proverb and the adorable Charley Harper giclée that accompanied it reminded me of Will.

Easter Bunny Hunt
The scene was set with hundreds of eggs scattered along the golf course...While it was technically an Easter Egg "Hunt," Daddy pointed out that the setup was more of an Easter Egg Scramble! Will was ready and waiting at the start line, but was a little more hesitant once the scramble began. By the end, he was ready to gather some remaining eggs!

Although Will was initially hesitant about joining the fray to gather Easter eggs, he was excited to hunt down the Easter Bunny. Upon finding said bunny, Will approached with a handshake...
...and allowed for a pat on the back!
We concluded the morning with a delicious Easter Brunch with the Wardells. Happy Easter!

Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve

A place with a name like this has got to be special. While visiting Grammy and Grandad, we took a hike through this peaceful nature reserve.
The intrepid hikers are on their way.
Something about the Spanish Moss was really captivating. It really made an impression on Will.

Hook 'em, Horns!

We visited Dallas this weekend to celebrate the life and honor the passing of Will's Great-Great Aunt Bobbie (Barbara Jenkins). Besides reconnecting with family members we hadn't seen in a long time and meeting new ones, we enjoyed an up-close encounter with some real Texas Longhorns. Here's Will showing off his "horns."
